Can I shift my account to a different server?
To ensure server stability, Reseller Hosting clients are placed on different servers from our Shared Hosting clients. Vice versa for our Semi-Dedicated Hosting clients. We also stop adding clients to a particular server once it hits a pre-defined user quota. Therefore in most cases, we are unable to move your account to a different server, especially if there isn’t a good enough reason to warrant so.
Can I shift my account to a different location?
Yes. However do note that if you have signed up using a location-specific coupon code (i.e. a coupon that is only valid in Los Angeles) and you requested a change to a location other than Los Angeles, then there may be changes to your monthly pricing which our staffs will advise you about.
